Description
Jig / Gauge for laser processing aluminum bottle openers
For processing with XCS (xTool Creative Space) and various modules, such as the xTool 40W module and the xTool 2W infrared module, a centering aid for the centering cross is integrated into the jig
I printed it in draft mode so it would be a bit faster - and as a laser jig, it doesn't have to look super pretty
For everyone working with XCS (xTool Creative Space), there is a template file to download here
I have also created a small guide on how to use this jig and the XCS template with an xTool S1, for example
Small tip: The jig can also be excellently used as a sales display
For users with other lasers in conjunction with Lightburn, a Lightburn template can also be downloaded in the document section
Since there appear to be aluminum bottle openers with a width of almost 13 mm (instead of the usual 12 mm), I have added a second print profile for 13 mm wide aluminum bottle openers
