Skadis module for the front end of the robotic arm system

Added a Skadis module to the Skadis robotic arm system!
With this module you can mount all kinds of accessories that originally could only be attached to the Skadis — works great!

My remix of the Skadis version

Supports are required for this print. I let it cool down completely before removing them. My print profile is tuned to ensure good print quality, at the cost of a longer print time.
