Glass Cover
Print Profile(6)

Description
Description:
Here you will find a practical cover for a glass, cup, or similar, which can be used well as insect protection, for example, in summer.
The different animal head stoppers are also very good for keeping drinks apart :-)
Material:
I used TPU with a shore hardness of 95A. This prints well and still offers sufficient flexibility to insert the stoppers.
I printed the stoppers from PLA.
Note:
If you print the TPU cover on a smooth plate (I used the Bambu Lab Smooth PEI here), you get such good adhesion to a glass that it can even be lifted fully filled :-)
To easily remove the TPU from the plate, I recommend applying a little pure alcohol, such as ethanol or isopropanol, to the edges after printing and then gently running a scraper underneath. You may need to spray some more alcohol under the beginning and wet the scraper; then it comes off quite well and without destruction.
Assembly:
The stoppers must be screwed into the TPU cover with some pressure. It is best to slightly cup the TPU over a hand.
I didn't want the fit to be too loose here, as the stoppers should also hold and not fall out every time you lift it or the cover is firmly sucked on ;-)

I would also be very happy to see pictures in the comments, now have fun printing.
