DIY Hard Shell Waterproof Lockable Bike Pannier

Designed to enable low cost waterproof and lockable storage on a commuter ebike. Inspired by the Velobin (https://velobin.com/) and other hard shell panniers. 

Photographs have been taken of a lid printed in black PETG. Id suggest using PETG or more resistant materials but PLA will likely work in many scenarios.

Materials: 

• Bin or Trash Can. The lid has been designed to fit this 13 litre poly propylene bin from Bunnings in Australia https://www.bunnings.com.au/icon-plastics-13l-waste-tidy-bin_p4520178
• Hinges 3D printed (List to be updated with exact model)
