To enhance bacterial growth and sedimentation space, the filter cartridge isn't fully dry-wet separated; the two models employ different water inlet methods—one features fan-shaped outflow at the filter media, the other requires a small acrylic bent tube typically used for pet waterers. Connecting the water pump to the filter cartridge only necessitates inserting the 10mm outer diameter tubing into the inlet

Lacking black filament, I used transparent PETG, which isn't aesthetically pleasing

The model requires supports, and PETG supports are difficult to remove

Tested with maximum water flow—no issues; even with clogged filter media, the overflow channel proved perfectly adequate
