Three-step assembly:
1. Assemble the base and rotating axis. This step requires a slight amount of force to firmly insert the pin; once secured, it rotates smoothly.
2. Place the cables in the slots.
3. Insert the top cover, aligning it with the pin on the rotating body, to complete the assembly. Rotate the top cover to store cables. The pin tolerances have been optimized for both secure fastening and easy disassembly.
