I experimented with this design several times before settling on these dimensions. The 2mm thickness is robust yet economical, and the modular design avoids the need for supports. Colors are easily customizable. The slightly taller design makes the visible portion of the tissue less prominent, for a more elegant aesthetic, while still ensuring smooth dispensing. A small amount of adhesive is needed to attach the butterflies (acrylic glue is recommended for its quick bonding). The box and bottom seamlessly interlock. For the butterflies and box, nano glue is recommended, allowing for customization of butterfly placement and quantity. Materials used: The box body is a friend's gift of PLA Silk Gradient (brand unknown). The butterflies are Bamboolab PLA Silk White, and the bottom is Bamboolab PLA (any color will do, since it's hidden; I used my least-used gray). Two holes are designed into the bottom for easy handling. I recommend purchasing a spring or printing another designer's spring holder to place inside, allowing for automatic lifting of the tissue pack until the last sheet. I downloaded a spring holder from the blogger (Sui Xin Er Dong 5529) and printed it with Bamboolab PLA—it works great! Special thanks to them. This box's original print file suits tissue packs smaller than 1700*120*80mm. The STL file has also been uploaded, and you can scale it as needed.
