Description

Presenting the HORNmonica

This is my take on combining a Harmonica with air horns

Some Notes when assembling-

Please don't tighten the caps as this will close of the valve.

Insert the horns gently to avoid cracking the outer tube.

The horns are printed using vase mode so will have to be printed individually.

Take care when removing the valve insert from the build plate as they are fragile.(only 1 layer thick)

I have had the most success printing the valves on a smooth build plate.

Test and tune each horn before final assembly onto the main distributor.

I would recommend a light sand over the mouth piece to make it more comfortable to play.

I hope you have as much fun with your Train Horn as I did creating and designing it.
