A configuration of two walls and 15% infill can support a backpack carrying four or five books, fully meeting lightweight usage needs.
For a more robust hook, use a print configuration of three walls and 50% infill, or adjust settings as needed.
1. The model has undergone precise mathematical calculations and stress simulation, ensuring that the hook, while exhibiting slight deformation under load:
- maintains perfect contact with the desktop
- minimizes the lever arm of the force on the hook
- aligns the upper and lower load points vertically with gravity
2. It is designed to prevent loss; the hook features a clasp that securely holds it to the backpack when retracted.
3. No supports are needed thanks to its specially designed structure, enabling support-free printing.
For machines without manual calibration, enabling dynamic flow calibration is recommended.
