Mount for a Shenhuo S3 flashlight (or similar 23mm diameter cylinder) to a 20mm rail (41-minute print time)
Print Profile(1)

Description
Print using PLA, with an estimated print time of 42 minutes
Components:
1、Two M3 x 16mm or longer pan head screws
2、Two M3 nylon self-locking nuts (standard hex nuts are also acceptable)
3、One M3 x 3mm set screw
4、One Shenhuo S3 flashlight (purchased during an online store promotion, approximately 5.9 RMB, a great bargain)

Insert the flashlight, place a small piece of print residue in the set screw hole (to prevent direct abrasion of the flashlight’s finish; this step is optional), and then install the set screw (I only found an M3 x 4mm set screw, so it protrudes slightly)

Assemble the M3 screws and nuts in this orientation to create a pair of hand-tightened M3 screws (I used M3 x 20mm screws; after assembly, approximately 13mm of screw thread remains, which is somewhat excessive)

Position the caliper and install the assembled hand-tightened screws

The result when mounted on a 20mm rail (typically used in Water Baby toys); the overall height is quite compact, with the highest point approximately 32mm above the rail’s surface

Alternatively, if longer M3 screws are used, it can also be mounted on standard width Picatinny rails
