FlexoRoll comprises several 3D-printed components, enabling robust yet flexible application.
🔹 Print Plate 1 (PETG – strong profile) – Quick start print with one material:
• Includes the roller's main body
• Four mounting bolts
• Four retaining rings for secure hold
• Large convex cylinder: For targeted massage with increased intensity
• Small convex cylinder: For targeted massage with increased intensity
🔹 Print Plate 2 (PETG – normal profile) – additional:
• Large cylindrical roller: For even pressure distribution
• Small cylindrical roller: For even pressure distribution
• Large convex cylinder with grooves: For deeper tissue stimulation
• Small convex cylinder with grooves: For deeper tissue stimulation
🔹 Print Plate 3 (TPU for AMS – normal profile) – additional:
• Same roller types as Print Plate 2, but in TPU for a softer, more yielding massage

• Large convex cylinder: For targeted massage with increased intensity
• Small convex cylinder: For targeted massage with increased intensity
