Description
A jig for engraving wine corks.
With this jig, you can engrave up to 36 corks at once.
For wine corks/bottle corks up to 19.5 mm inner diameter at the “stopper” and 29 mm outer diameter.
For xTool XCS users (xTool Creative Space), a template is available for download here. For use with, for example, the xTool S1.
Usage is simple:
• Load the jig and place it in the laser
• Measure the distance to the cork
• Position the laser crosshair on the cross of the jig
• If necessary, move the template to the laser crosshair in the software
• Position the motifs to be engraved (observe the distance to the edge!)
• Laser
• Done :)
For users of other lasers in conjunction with Lightburn, a Lightburn template is available in the documents.
There is also a smaller version for the XTool F1 for 9 wine corks.
