Bambu Lab H2D Waste Filament Chute Magnetic Plate No Supports Damage-Free Installation
Employing a streamlined, integrated design, this print requires no supports, is oriented towards the external filament spool, saves space without impeding the external spool, and boasts a print time of approximately 3.5 hours. Furthermore, installation is damage-free, requiring no disassembly of printer components.
Because the H2D utilizes a soft rubber pad design, the printer vibrates constantly during operation, rendering standard waste filament chutes ineffective. Therefore, I designed this specialized waste filament chute for the Bambu Lab H2D. Utilizing three 20x5mm neodymium magnets, it firmly adheres to the H2D's rear plate, ensuring no shifting or detachment regardless of printer vibration.
Installation Note: A small amount of adhesive, such as 502 or hot glue, is required to embed the neodymium magnets within the printed part.
