Guitar Bridge Glue Repair Fixture (Press Block and Additional Top Block)
Print Profile(1)

Description
My guitar bridge glue had come loose, requiring removal and regluing, a process that necessitates at least a day of drying time for wood glue. This design facilitates repair using a woodworking F-clamp.
The printed components require four M4 hex nuts, four M4 x 30mm (or longer) screws, and four M3 x 6mm countersunk screws.

The print orientation is the reverse of the working orientation.

The guitar body and bridge gluing surfaces have been prepared.

Align the repair tool with the guitar body and bridge; a longer M4 screw can serve as a positioning pin.

Apply adhesive.

Adhere and secure the tool.

Apply the woodworking F-clamp.

Insert the small block, align with the M4 screw, and begin tightening.

The effect of clamping on both sides.

Remove the masking tape, clean up excess adhesive, and allow the glue to cure.

Final repair result.
