Description

Adapted from tsubs.n's excellent print-in-place rotary counter, this version features 7+1 positions labeled for the days of the week, as well as slightly improved action and a knurled finish. Also functions as a great fidget toy with a satisfying click!

We use it for keeping track of when chores were last completed (such as cleaning the litterbox), but it can be used for keeping track of medications, watering plants, cleaning tasks, or anything else.

I have also uploaded a dual-knob version that indicates what the chore is and who did it last. Check it out here!

The source Fusion model is included in the downloads, so modifying it to any other type of tracker is also simple.

The base also features 5mm holes for gluing in magnets if desired.

Printing Notes

The knob might be a little bit “stuck” when it first comes off the plate. Give it a little grunt and it should pop and turn free.

I've only tested the design with PLA, but it should work perfectly fine (and maybe click a little better) in PETG or other materials.

Doesn't require any grease or lubrication, but you're free to experiment with some if you want it to turn a little smoother.
