Solder Hands V2
Print Profile(1)

Description
Second design for my original Solder Helping Hands. Adjusted the design for the clamps as well as adding the addition of teeth to one of the models. The base has been widened and excess material was removed to save on material. The base also has locations for 6mm magnets to snap into place on a workbench (I embedded some in a work mat on my bench), but this not needed for function. The ball joints have also been adjusted to try and combat the snaping that occurred on the original model as well as requiring less force to press together. Joints still have some risk of snapping so be aware. I would recommend PETG over PLA for its higher strength slightly higher flexibility.
This is a spring break project before I return to school, I may make alterations to the joints and clamps in the future and will make a note of it here when it occurs
