Recognizing the continued utility of spent filament, I sought a solution for its separate collection—a box, yet one minimizing material consumption. Existing online designs proved largely similar, prompting the creation of this model. Its defining features are its thinness—conserving material and allowing the use of leftover filament—and its suggested use of translucent filament, enabling convenient monitoring of the spent filament level. Standard print parameters are recommended.
