Ultrasonic Desktop Humidifier

A rechargeable tabletop ultrasonic humidifier with the following features:

• Charges/powers via a Type-C port using a standard Type-C cable;
• Powered by an internal battery, allowing for cordless use; battery life depends on capacity;
• Compatible with common 72mm~80mm diameter cups, as shown:

• Features a concealed button for on/off control; a single press activates the humidifier, a second press engages intermittent misting, and a third press turns it off.

• Utilizes an ultrasonic humidification module, a 3.7V lithium battery, and a combined charging/discharging module for the circuit; minimal soldering required, wiring diagram below:

Assembly Instructions:

1. Attach support springs to the humidifier lid (TPU material recommended); secure with adhesive;

   

2. Solder the electronic modules as shown; the ultrasonic humidifier driver board may be adhered to the battery;

   

3. Install the atomization head and absorbent cotton swab, ensuring the piezoelectric ceramic element is correctly oriented and the cotton swab is firmly seated; insert the assembly into the humidifier base;

   

   

4. Snap the lid onto the combined charging/discharging module;

   

5. Secure the battery and driver board to the humidifier base; attach the button to the driver board, ensuring proper contact with the raised ring on the lid to enable on/off functionality;

   

6. Assemble the humidifier lid, aligning it with the grooves;
