This adapter for the BambuLab AMS 2 Pro uses a segment of PTFE tubing to enhance filament transport, reducing friction and protecting mechanical components. It fits tightly into place to ensure perfect adherence. Here are its key benefits:
- Improves the smoothness of filament transport.
- Reduces the risk of damage to motors and other components.
- Increases the reliability of prints, preventing interruptions.
- Extends the lifespan of the filament management system (AMS).
- Requires some force to insert but is extremely stable once in place.
- Cut well about 5 cm of PTFE, which is approximately 2 inches.
- Insert the PTFE and let it protrude about 2mm. Cut the PTFE cleanly.
- Use PETG or BETTER material. PLA not suggested.
- Added a profiles with the hole enlarged by 0.05mm and 0.1mm for those who find the original hole too tight.

Please be patient with the supports with strong profile, ora use vertical without.
I kindly ask you not to leave a negative comment, but instead provide suggestions for improving the project.
