<p>Use PETG, ASA or ABS for sure.  You want something that can stand up to UV.  I used PETG and mine has looked good for a couple years.  I have used 6 walls, but it&#39;s not necessary.  I think depending on the yellow filament you are using you could probably get away with less walls and not see black through the yellow.  Make sure you have plenty of purge between black to yellow filament change.    </p>
