Introducing the Perfect Fit 17mm Beard Guard Comb – a precision 3D-printed upgrade for your Philips Norelco OneBlade!
I made this because I needed it and it didn’t exist. None of the factory guards or third-party options gave me the consistent, longer trim I wanted. So I designed one that does.
Now with a V2 that has a more dense comb for curly hair! Both print options are in profiles.
This custom comb snaps securely onto your QP4530 handle and works perfectly with all QP430 series blades, delivering a clean, even 17mm trim every time. It’s strong, reliable, and built to last—unlike the flimsy stock guards that never quite get it right.
For me, 17mm is the sweet spot for a fuller, shaped beard that still looks intentional. If your perfect length is different, leave a comment and let me know what size you need—I'm always open to making more options.
