Subscribe to my commercial license membership to sell prints of my models.
Made to fit a standard Bic lighter, this sleeve features a compliant interior shape that grips the lighter as it's inserted. This provides a little more tolerance to account for variations in printer accuracy, filament properties, and slight differences in the dimensions of standard Bic lighters. The side panels are printed separately, face down on the build plate, to allow for more efficient multi-color printing.
The side panels have alignment pins, so installing them is quite easy. My test prints hold together pretty well with just a friction fit, but I recommend you use a little bit of glue to secure them to the main body. A medium viscosity cyanoacrylate adhesive will work for this. You don't need to go crazy with the crazy glue. A small amount should be all you need.
It's best to use the Arachne wall generator on this model, so check before printing. If you change printers, this setting may revert back to Classic generator.
