Description

Portable Stool

Well designed stool, that is portable and customizable. For customization please scroll to the end of the description.

Dimensions

Seat: ~ 235 mm  x 235 mm

Height: ~ 356 mm

Packed: 235 mm x 235 mm x 130 mm

Load

Tested until 100 kg (static load! no jumping or dynamic forces) But i probably can take more.

Assembly

What else do you need? Except of the print files.

8x M4 Threaded inserts

8 x M4 x 16 mm Screws

4x M3 x12 mm Screw

Printing the Snap Hook in PETG could help. PLA worked for me, but PETG is more flexible.

Please download the Assembly Manual for more assembly information!

I added two more seats, with 2 mm and 3 mm recesses for a lasercut option. The laserfile is connected to this model. Since there are so many options for the seat, please check carefully which one you print. If you have questions dont hesitate to send me a private message.

I would recommend to use the uploaded printprofile. (keep print directions, infill, etc.) I know it takes quite some filament and time, but it is worth it.

CUSTOMIZATION

There are several possibilities to customize your model.

  1. You can put your name or logo into the seat. (bottom or Top surface) Use Bambu Studio for it. SVG upload or Text tool.
  2. I uploaded a DXF, PDF file and a printprofile for a 3D printed template for the contour of the seat. You can either use a CNC to cut you own custom seat. (wood or even aluminium) or you can use the PDF or 3D Template, print it out, glue/place it onto your piece of wood and cut it out with your jigsaw or router. A nice laserengraving in the new H2D would be the perfect finish. To position your custom seat on the stool frame i added an extra 3d printed part wich can be screwed into your custom seat. (Secrewholes are in DXF and PDF)

Please download the Assembly Manual for more custumization information!

To download the  DXF file you have to click on “download STL”. The PDF is under Documentation. PDF is bigger than A4 or Letter you need to split it into 2 prints and glue it together.

I am looking forward to see some cool customized stools.

Have fun!
