Hoshino Whale Electric Guitar

This guitar's design is inspired by the whale held by Hoshino Suisei in the game Blue Archive, incorporating ergonomic principles for comfortable lap playing. A 10mm thick 6061 aluminum plate is embedded for enhanced body strength. The pickup configuration is single, single, double with a five-way selector switch. To ensure printability on the A1 mini, the guitar body is divided into 10 puzzle-like pieces for simple assembly, resulting in a solid feel upon completion.

Note: The aluminum plate STEP file is included within the original model file and requires separate download.

Note: This project has a moderate difficulty level, involving challenges such as difficult support removal, circuit rewiring, post-glue sanding, and neck drilling. Multi-color printing was employed for superior surface quality and printing with the face down resulted in extensive support structures. A 10mm thick aluminum plate is embedded to ensure body strength.
