Description

🛠️ AMSLite Compact Feeder – 2-Axis Rotatable A1 Frame Mount

This custom frame mount allows you to attach the AMSLite Compact Feeder Mod directly to the top aluminum rail of your Bambu Lab A1, with dual-axis rotation and optional locking.

🔧 Key Features:

  • 2-axis rotatable hinge using 1.75mm filament
  • Adjustable mounting angle to suit your setup
  • Mounts securely to the frame using an M3 screw + M3 nut
  • Feeder attaches with an M8 bolt, and can optionally use a knob for tool-free adjustment
  • Includes two tilt base variants:
    • TILT MOUNT LOCK: with latch to lock position
    • TILT MOUNT_NO_LOCK: free pivot version

📦 Included STL Files:

  • A1_Mount_A.stl – Frame side with M3 nut slot
  • A1_Mount_B.stl – Frame side with screw hole
  • TILT MOUNT LOCK.stl – Tilt base with latch
  • TILT MOUNT_NO_LOCK.stl – Tilt base without latch
  • M8_knob_20.stl – Optional knob for tool-free feeder attachment

🧩 Required Hardware (1 of each):

  • 🅜3 Nut
  • 🅜8 Nut (fits inside knob or plain use)
  • 🅜3 × 20mm Bolt (to fix frame mount)
  • 🅜8 × 70mm Bolt (to fix feeder to tilt mount)
  • 1.75mm Filament (used as hinge pins)

🧵 Assembly Instructions:

  1. Connect A1_Mount_A and A1_Mount_B using 1.75mm filament as hinge pins
  2. Insert 🅜3 nut into A1_Mount_A via the slot
  3. Use 🅜3×20 bolt from the bottom of A1_Mount_B to clamp the assembly onto the A1 frame
  4. Choose your preferred tilt mount (LOCK or NO_LOCK)
  5. Insert 🅜8 nut into the knob (or use plain), and secure the feeder using 🅜8×70 bolt
