Special Note: Tests show that printing with different filaments using default parameters, the tolerance may affect the installation of the thrust bearing, which I cannot change with a single setting. This can be resolved by using "Quality/Accuracy/X-Y inner contour compensation"
Introduction:
- Bambu Lab A1 style, visually blends perfectly with the A1 design, but its use is not limited to A1 models
- Screwless installation, saving more time and effort
- Freely adjustable height, the adjustable feet perfectly accommodate A1 feet of different heights, and can also perfectly level uneven desktops
- Reversible design, forward installation gives a floating feel, reverse installation adapts to different models
- Thrust bearing limit design ensures smooth bearing operation
- Multi-point damping rings, non-interfering, ensuring even cushioning in all directions

This stabilizer is a design with a long development cycle, repeated attempts were made to maximize space compression, and many versions were iterated. A few accessories were added just before release, hoping version 1.0 will be well-received


Installation:
1: Top mount installation of thrust bearing (F8-22M/P5)



2: Bottom foot installation of thrust bearing (F8-22M/P5)


3: Bottom foot installation of TPU damping ring (note installation direction)

4: Bottom foot installation of TPU height adjustment pad

5: Combine the top and bottom bases, installation complete

Other 3D Printer models can be used after installing the top TPU cover. It can be used in forward or reverse orientation, and can also be combined to support a desktop.

Version 1.0 added bottom foot height adjustment shims. Print and install the corresponding thickness according to the deviation to achieve the leveling function.
Version 1.0 also added an A1-style casing to integrate the floating feet into the overall design.


The TPU damping rings are evenly stressed and do not interfere with each other.
