Description

Another case to turn a DigiSpark Attiny85 into a (fake) USB stick (or just a nice enclosure, that's up to you ;-) ). This one features a consistent hole, which allows attaching it to a key ring or some kind of tie. There are also two 2 mm holes aligned with the LED indicators. You can easily insert a small piece of clear 1.75 mm filament there, cut it with a wire cutter and finally clean the remains using a scalpel.

For assembly, put the PCB under the first clip (start with the side without lateral headers) and lift the second one slightly with tweezers. The same goes for the lid. You're also going to need a M3 countersink screw and M3 nut.

If you require pin access, there is also a different version with cutouts available.

Print in PETG. Don't use any other type of filament. Otherwise, the clips might break during assembly. Supports are not required. A resolution of 0.20 mm gave a decent result.
