Replacement Hairbrush Handle – 3D Printable Fix

Got a broken hairbrush handle but the bristle pad is still in great shape? This 3D printable replacement handle gives your brush a second life and keeps it out of the trash.

I designed this handle to fit a brush pad measuring 100 x 63 mm, so depending on your brush, you may need to scale the model to fit properly. I included the .step file for easier customization. The pad needs to be folded a bit to insert, but should fit securely once all the way in.

Print Settings:

• Material: For mine I used PETG-CF, but PLA should work fine too
• Walls: 4 wall loops for added strength
• Infill: 15% cubic
• Supports: Probably optional if your printer handles bridging well
• Orientation: Flat face down.
