H-Series Style AMS Stack

UPDATE

I have re-uploaded to address a few minor issues based on user feedback, the changes are minor and completely structural, no changes to the design, so if your unit is fine there is no need to re-print… save your filament for something fun!

Changes include:

• Added stiffeners under the upper shelf
• Added joints to the shelves to prevent sagging
• Shelves now have cut outs to allow increased air flow for the AMS 2 pro underside vent
• small adjustment to tolerances to help with assembly

I was feeling my inner fanboy and knocked up a stack for a couple of AMS units that kinda resembles the H2D… I didn't spend too long on this so ill be the first to admit it probably isn't as refined as some of the other stacks on here, but it does the job and goes together easily. The parts are sized for the H2D bed.

Using the swatches I figured that Bambu Basic PLA Light Grey was the closest colour match to the H2D shell… but it was out of stock so Eryone Hyper Speed Matte PLA Light Grey was a decent substitute. I recommend using PETG for the shelves, especially if using an AMS 2, if it gets warm during drying I would worry about it warping or sagging.

*The profile assumes having black in the left nozzle and the grey in the right… this will be relevant when printing the base section with the logo, as the support foot print crosses the nozzle margins. Make sure supports are set to use the right extruder.
