Packout Bin Keeper: Large Bin

If you’re like me, you have a ton of bins from Milwaukee organizers laying around because you printed custom tool inserts for your jigsaw, batteries, multitool, or any number of other things.  I decided I had to do something with all those bins, especially when I found out they were the perfect height to go in the drawers of my office cabinets.  The problem I had was that they slid around when I opened and closed the drawers.

This led me to make these Milwaukee Bin Keepers.  The system consists of 8 different parts, and can be printed with or without mounting holes (the mountable ones are made to use the screws from Home Depot in the pictures):

2. LP Large Bin Keeper / Mountable LP Single Long Bin Keeper

3. Small Bin Keeper / Mountable Small Bin Keeper

4. LP Small Bin Keeper / Mountable LP Small Bin Keeper

5. Double Small Bin Keeper / Mountable Double Small Bin Keeper

6. LP Double Small Bin Keeper / Mountable LP Double Small Bin Keeper

7. Dovetail Connector / Mountable Dovetail Connector

8. Dovetail Plug 

The Dovetail pieces are universal.

The keepers labeled “LP” are made to fit the bins from the Packout low profile 5 and 11 compartment organizers (48-22-8436 and 48-22-8431.)  The bins from the Low Profile Organizers have different bottom geometry and will not fit correctly unless used with the “LP” Keepers.

The others are designed for the bins that come with the Milwaukee Packout 5 and 11 Compartment Small Parts Organizers (48-22-8435 and 48-22-8430, NOT the Low Profile Organizers).
