Vibration Isolation Pads
Print Profile(1)

Description
- Rigid material printing, Print in Place, no assembly required, with only a small piece of easily removable support
- No friction or rolling during movement, completely silent
- Then enchanted with the ancestral incantations "Good fortune and great prosperity" and "Attract wealth and treasure" (If you like other incantations, you can leave me a message)
- Highly versatile, suitable for vibration isolation of all horizontal vibration-dominant equipment within the load range
20250817 record: To achieve better shock absorption, after about two months of exploration, a satisfactory new solution has finally been found

Welcome to try it
Compared to this version, the new version has the advantage of damping, but the disadvantage is that it requires assembly, whereas this version requires no assembly
20250415 record: Fatigue failure data is available
1 The 15kg class used by A1 showed fatigue fracture after about 90 hours of operation (single block, a small number of spring plates fractured and the shaking amplitude increased, and after half fractured, the upper, middle, and lower layers would stick together, none of which would lead to the dangerous situation of the machine suddenly overturning, so friends who have already used it do not need to worry We also thank you for your trust and for trying this design together)
2 The 35kg class and 35kg class small amplitude have not yet shown fatigue failure (extreme values will be released once measured)
3 We will continue to optimize and update in the future, and welcome everyone to provide feedback

After extensive testing, the provided reference values are reliable Even with overload, no plastic deformation damage will occur
(Explanation: For example, a single unit can bear 7kg, which means it can bear 7kg vertically and automatically reset when subjected to horizontal disturbance Four such isolation blocks are recommended for models weighing 4*7/2=14kg, with a 2x performance margin to handle unexpected situations)
Be sure to attach double-sided tape to prevent sliding, otherwise the machine might fall off the table For four isolation blocks, apply double-sided tape to both sides of two blocks, and only to one side of the other two Applying tape to all sides will result in very low energy loss, i.e., no damping, which may lead to resonance

PETG is recommended as it is more moisture-resistant and durable than PLA
Thanks to the friends from Fantom Technology and One Yuan Maker for helping with testing ^_^
