A follower previously contacted me to request a Zhuge crossbow entirely composed of 3D-printed components, devoid of additional hardware. After extensive testing and resolving numerous challenges, I've finally achieved a functional design.

Previously, a fan contacted me and asked me to make a Zhuge crossbow arrow with only printed parts. I tested countless of them and encountered various problems, but this time I have finally made it.

Filament Compatibility:
Extensive testing was conducted using Bambu PLA, ESUN PLA, and filaments from various manufacturers.
*Filaments exhibiting significant rigidity may result in greater distances.
*Matte finishes are not recommended; they are prone to breakage.
*Brittle PLA filaments are also susceptible to failure.
*As illustrated below, a successful connection at the wreath juncture indicates filament suitability.
Distance between consumables and design:
Conduct tests on Bambu's PLA, ESUN's PLA, and some consumables from other manufacturers before and after use
*Consumables with a certain degree of stubbornness will be relatively far away
*Matte and matte are not recommended as they may break.
*Some crispy PLA may also break
*As shown in the figure below, the wreath is connected. If it is not broken, the consumables are qualified.
