Description
The Adeptus Mechanicus is the technological cult of the Imperium in 40K. They venerate the Machine God and blend religion, science, and arcane technology. They control the production of weaponry, starships, and technology, yet they distrust innovation, favoring ritual and ancient knowledge ("STCs"). Their seat of power is Mars, and their members, such as Tech-Priests and Skitarii, are a fusion of flesh and machine. They are indispensable to the Imperium, though they often pursue their own agendas.
