Description

While searching for a inlay system for my Kistenberg Nors14 organizers I stumbled over this genius model collection here:
https://www.printables.com/model/1013012-inlays-for-the-kistenberg-nors14/files

THX @chris_2point0!!! Great work, that made my life so much easier!!!

What was missing in the collection, are trays for the big compartments left and right from the handle.

That's why I created some long tray variations for these compartments including:

  • ⅔ hight inlays
  • 1 to 3  vertical divided inlays
  • 5 times vertical divided inlays
  • 2 times asymmetrical divided inlays

Everything in lower, middle and upper versions.

I took over and extended the naming convention of @chris_2point0 as well:

Example: longbox-5v-2th-lower

Type: longbox

Orientation: H: horizontal split ,  V: vertical split, N: no split, HV: split both horizontally and vertically
=> I added a number before that defines the number of divisions (f.e.: 5v-2th-lower-long == 5 times vertical divided)

1 to 3 variation: some variations have onethird in their names. This means, the vertical split is 1 to 3.

Height: HH: half-height , FH: full-height, TH: (a) third height
=>  I added a number before that defines the number of divisions (f.e.: 5v-2th-lower-long == ⅔ height inlay)

Part: Lower, Middle,  Middle+Upper, Upper

Side compartments: some variations have side-comp in their names. This means the, the inlays are splittet asymmetrical 1-3-1.

The Fusion360 project is included in the files and zip, if you wish to adapt something. If you give me a hint on what could be improved / extended, I probably will add the variation to the collection.

I also added a 3mf file with sorted plates for printing to the archive. I made it in Bambu-Studio but it should work in PrusaSlicer (^2.9.2) as well.

The original source files are also included in the zip.

If I create more variations, I will add the files here.

Have fun!
