This 3D-printable turntable is designed with simplicity and functionality in mind, leveraging marbles as the core rotational mechanism. The design features two primary components: a base plate and a circular rotating platform. The base plate includes a built-in circular groove that securely houses an array of standard-sized marbles with a diameter of 16/17 mm, distributed evenly to act as ball bearings.

The rotating platform, which sits atop the marbles enables a smooth, low-friction movement. You can use the top disk as is or add a nice wooden circular tray on top to get a more esthetic look. 
The Turntable is 196 mm in size, you can set an additional optional tray of 30 cm on top.

This design is fully 3D-printable, with parts optimized for easy assembly without the need for additional hardware, aside from the marbles themselves. The platform's weight distribution and the marble mechanism ensure smooth rotation, making it ideal for various applications. Make sure you use the same size marbles.
