Description
Hotend Model for Bambu Lab H2D - High Flow Nozzle
This 3D model is a faithful replica of a hotend from the Bambu Lab printer series (H2D). It is specifically designed for versatile use: as a wall decoration or a freestanding highlight on a shelf or desk.
Special Features:
- Realistic Replica: Based on the design of a genuine Bambu Lab hotend, perfect for tech enthusiasts and 3D printing aficionados.
- Enhancement with LED Tubing: The nozzle features an opening for inserting an LED light strip or tubing. This creates the impression that the hotend is printing filament – a real eye-catcher!
- Flexible Wall Mounting: The model can be either glued or screwed in place – a hole for a screw is provided on the back.
- Easy Adjustment: The model can be easily scaled to the desired size in your slicer, making it suitable for any room situation.
- Tip:When scaling the model in the slicer, the cross-section of the LED tubing should serve as a reference. Use the slicer's measurement tool to check if the hole in the nozzle is large enough for the tubing. If the cross-section does not fit, simply scale the model larger or smaller until it fits.
Printing Recommendations:
- Material: PLA, PETG or other standard filaments.
- Support: Not required
- Infill: 15% sufficient.

Note:
The stick / connector serves as a locking mechanism, so that the nozzle and cooler can be connected straight. Depending on the tolerances of the filament or the printer, the connector may be sufficient for a secure connection of both components.
If this is not the case, simply use a little superglue – this worked perfectly in my tests.
- The magnet is designed to be pressed into the ribs, if the tolerances are also insufficient, also here to fix with a dab of superglue.
