Pure print assembly, no hardware, no glue required
Press once to add one, decimal system
PLA and PETG are both suitable, PETG offers better elasticity
Do not use silk or translucent filaments; they are too brittle and prone to breakage
Except for the number plates, avoid using matte filaments; they are too soft and may deform
To ensure tight-fitting parts, tolerances are kept minimal; installation may require some effort for certain filaments (testing revealed some PETG to be particularly challenging, while PLA is relatively easier)
Both gear shafts and the longest connecting rod must be fully inserted until a distinct “click” is heard, indicating proper assembly
Number plates require an AMS, while the solid color number plates are blank and may be hand-written upon
When installing the number plates, carefully observe the position of 0 as illustrated in the instructions, avoiding misalignment. Gently flatten the number plates after installation, preventing bending, which could affect smoothness
