Description
A non-removable spool holder designed for the Bambu Lab A1.
My machine is a Bambu Lab A1 sold in China in March 2025, with a non-removable spool holder featuring a lower cutout, as shown in the image.
Other models have not been tested and compatibility is not guaranteed. Please download and print with caution if you own a different model!!

Are you using the official built-in spool holder? Is your filament still subject to unnecessary friction against the holder? Are you concerned about damage to the holder like in the image below?
Then print my model. It's simple, fast, and economical. Once installed, it fits snugly against the original holder, preventing filament movement and eliminating friction.
Even if the protector wears down, you can readily print a replacement.
Important Note: The line width must be set to 0.3mm or lower during printing to ensure the barb structure of the clasp is properly formed. Otherwise, installation may be impossible!!!!
During installation, press the model down from above. Secure one end of the clasp first, then firmly press the other end until it locks.
