Self Watering Seed Starter Tray With Plant Lifters

Self watering seed starter system with integrated lifters to allow easy removal of your plants when they're ready to transfer to a larger plot.

Features 13 individual hexagonal shaped seed starter pots (approx. 25mm tall x 29mm wide). Each starter pot features two small holes to allow water transfer from the tray and has an optional lifter which can be used to easily remove the seed & soil from the pot when you're ready to transfer. Using the lifter helps reduce damage roots and lowers risk of transplant shock. Additionally be keeping the pots separate from each other it is easier to remove a single plant at a time when they're ready to re-pot, without damaging the neighboring seedlings.

The seed tray features two openings to allow for the water level to be topped up and also a pair of indicators that show when more water is required. When the indicators drop below the top of the tray it's time to add more water.

Assembly:
 

1. Print each of the plates within the print file
2. Insert a seed lifter into each of the seed pots. Take care to ensure the lifter does not cover the pot's water ingress holes
3. Add compost and seeds to your seed pots
4. Insert the two water level indicators into the main tray body, aligning their base with the guides in the tray
5. Place the top plate onto the tray, ensuring that the level indicators fit into the appropriate slots
6. Place the 13 seed pots into the tray
7. Add water
8. Watch your seeds grow and enjoy your new plants (hopefully)

Files are uploaded in PLA & PETG. PLA does work okay, but PETG is likely more suitable due to its better UV resistance.
