2 Color Polymaker PETG, 0.2mm layers, 4 walls, 15% Cubic infill, 6 top and bottom layersObjects grouped by color so you can print different colored hinges without an AMS or having to print 2 plates, you just need to add a stop after layer 95 to switch filaments.&nbsp;All parts scaled to fit 2.85mm filament for the hinge pins, and scaled 200% for length. I set colored writing on the face of one box for my TD-1 Filament tester which fits inside with a cord nicely, but you can change the text in Bambu Studio to say whatever you want or get rid of it if you don't have an AMS.

Inside dimensions of the box without the radius: 53mm x 33mm x 30mmJust use a piece of filament to attach the hinge and latch. The filament needs to be about 2 mm longer on every side. Then use a lighter and make it warm and push it flat. &nbsp;Thank you for the idea @Fearless :)
