This additional air filter is designed to be used inside the print chamber over the existing one on the right side of the rear panel, so it will be invisible once the original panel is replaced.
Assembling and filling is really simple: place the container on a shelf and insert the activated carbon (the one for air, not the one for aquariums), which can be pellets (my favorite) or flakes. If printing the HEPA filter version, insert the activated carbon first, followed by the HEPA filter.
Close the filter by sliding the cover grid into the side guides until it locks into place in the top tab.
Remove the right protective panel from the printer by first pressing on the top to unlock it, then insert the filter container into the free space at the top. Finally, replace the protective panel on the printer, making sure the clips click into place.e.
Since print chamber can reach temperatures of 65°C and above, I recommend printing it in PETG, or even better in ASA or ABS. If you prefer to print it in PLA, remember to remove it before printing materials that require a heated chamber.
