Description
Listening to an old song, "The Lonely Boy's Fly Swatter, swat left, swat right..." Summer is coming, so let's 3D print a fly swatter. This "Lonely Boy's Fly Swatter" is shared for everyone. Weighing only 24.2 grams, it takes an hour to print, and its split design makes printing and assembly easier. The connecting rod is compatible with previously released fish tank kits and back scratchers.
The fly swatter's mesh is automatically generated using the slicer's built-in calculation. I shared the setup method with you last year; the settings are shown in the image. For the strength settings, I set the number of wall layers to 0, as the fly swatter's frame already has a 3mm border in the design. If you need to widen it, increase the number of wall layers. The top and bottom shell layer counts are set to 0. The sparse infill density is set to 30%. A smaller value creates a more sparse infill, while a larger value results in denser infill. You can customize the sparse infill pattern; the default is a grid.

This item has undergone multiple printing tests; its strength and practicality are satisfactory. Print it with the specified settings. If you need to change the parameters, refer to the image above. Fly swatters printed using settings other than the specified configuration will be solid.
