A functional print in PLA:<ul><li>0.12 mm layer height - for me, it worked better than others;</li><li>50% infill - for typical uses, it may be too much; however, as a durable tool, you will benefit from the extra material;</li><li>standard supports mainly to ensure dimension accuracy;</li><li>there is still room for significant improvements, especially in the support.</li></ul>Whilst my PLA model print is still operational, you will be better served with PETG.
