Description
This is a magnetic cable chain designed for a standing desk (but might be usefull for other purposes as well).
The individual chain segments are effectively 50 mm long, 35 mm wide and 20 mm thick on the outside. On the inside, they offer 25x15 mm room for cables and a place to put a 10x3 mm magnet. This allows the chain to stick to magnetic things, such as the feet of standing desks.
Two normally oriented segments have a motion range of +90° - 0°, if one of the segments is upside down, they have a motion range of +-45°.
Now has an Underware adapter thanks to the amazing Domenico which can be found here.
On the first printing plate are a bunch of chain segments, these can be printed without any supports.
On the second plate is the mounting hardware spcific for my desk, the ergotopia desk one. Since you probably have a different desk, i included some start and end segments on the third plate. Theses have 3 mm holes, each 5 mm apart.
