Description

I printed the handle scales in TPU for AMS and PETG HF. I also created another version using PLA.

All versions fit perfectly onto the knife body.

Disassembly and Assembly Instructions:

To remove the old handle scales, I placed the knife in a bath of hot water (hottest tap setting) for 3 minutes.

This softens the plastic and makes removal easier.

Afterwards, I carefully shaved them off so that I could reuse them if needed.

Then, simply press on the new handle scales – and voilà, your custom Swiss Army knife is ready!

There are also many videos on YouTube showing how to swap the scales if you want to see the process.
