Description

Orignal dual Ryobi blades are sold as heavy duty, but they don't last much : you just have to hit something strong and it's broken. We tried different solution with wires and nothing was really satisfactory.

I decided to play along with the end of a TPU 95A roll, model a part with few modifications, and printed a few to give it a try. And to our surprise, it works quite better than the original blades, as the TPU gives enough flex to the part to sustain some heavy hits. At the end it breaks, but we made more work with a set of two printed blades than with a few set of original blades…

Printed in TPU 95A, sequenced by object (for better layer adhesion and to avoid stringing between the parts). Make sure you TPU is dried before printing
