Description

This is a guide sled, designed to be used with the Parkside guide rail/clamp HG10155 (available from Lidl stores). It's sized for the Katsu or Makita range of cordless routers. The router is screwed to the sled using the existing base plate mounting screws and then the sled can be placed on the guide rail, sliding  along as required, producing perfectly straight cuts. I designed the sled in 2 pieces - this avoids the need for supports. The 2 parts are a push fit together, and I recommend the use of CA glue and activator to secure the parts together. This can be printed with any rigid filament, but I would recommend Petg HF or CF for durability.
