Put your 0.2mm nozzles to the test with the Benchy Challenge and see how small you can go!

Start off easy with a 15% scale benchy and work your way down to the near impossible 7% benchy!

One plate contains the following benchys printed by object in the following order:

• 15% / 9 mm length
• 12% / 7.2 mm
• 10% / 6 mm
• 9% / 5.4 mm
• 8% / 4.8 mm
• 7% / 4.2 mm

Ensure your plate is super clean before printing.

If a benchy fails mid print, let it finish, then hit pause just as it moves to the next benchy and manually clean off the nozzle before resuming.

In my test print they all printed successfully but the smallest 2 broke when I removed the brim.

So small they all fit in the box on a full size benchy
