SwiftRoller – Functional Test Caster

Description
Hey fellow makers! 👋
I recently designed and printed this caster wheel, which I’ve named SwiftRoller, as a tolerance and function test for my 3D printer. The goal was to create a realistic part with:
- Tight rotational tolerances
- Functional snap-fit components
- Smooth rolling behavior
- Modular mounting base
It’s fully 3D printed (no additional hardware), and designed to push my printer’s dimensional accuracy to the limit while also being fun to assemble and test.
