Description

This is a fully parametric 90° corner bracket, perfect for reinforcing or connecting panels, frames, and other structural elements.
All key dimensions and features can be customized to perfectly suit your project needs.

 

  • width: the length of the sides
  • height: the height of the sides
  • thickness: the thickness of the sides
  • reinforcement thickness z: the thickness of the corner reinforcements (in the Z direction)
  • reinforcement length factor: how far the reinforcement extends along the sides, as a percentage (should not exceed 0.95)
  • hole diameter: the diameter of the hole (based on experience, it should be 0.6 mm larger than the screw diameter)
  • countersink ratio: the ratio of the countersink diameter compared to the hole diameter (default: hole diameter * 2,1)
  • num holes: the number of holes per side

  • Recommended layer height: 0.2 mm
  • Infill: 40% or more for added strength
  • Walls: 3 or more for added strength
  • Material: PLA, PETG, or other strong filament

 

!!! Make sure the print speed and temperature and cooling are set correctly for your printer and the filament you are using !!!

And the build plate should be clean for proper adhesion.
